Before your order is shipped out,  we will put all your items through strict quality control tests. 

Delivery Time: We do not make the items in stock, most of the items need to make to order. The production time is about 5-7 days.

Shipping Methods:

-a. If your order total amout is over $150. We will use DHL, FedEX, UPS and TNT for fast delivery. (The shipping time is about 5-7 days).

-b. If your total amount is less than $150, we will use regular air mail for the delivery. The shipping time is about 20-30 days.

-c. If you are urgent for the order, while your total amout is less than $150, please contact us: catherine@leds-global.com, you just need to add $15-20 for fast delivery.

Payment Terms:

We accept PayPal , credit card and wire transfer. When you make the payment, if you need a proforma invoice(PI), please contact: catherine@leds-global.com

Small Samples Order:

If you just need a few samples to take a test first, we accept small samples order.

Custom made Solutions:

If the products you need out of website, you need custom made solution, we offer technical and custom support, we will do our best to meet your needs.
